Cookies Policy
Some of the small files this site stores on your device are the reason you stay logged in between one game and the next. Others only tell us which pages are worth keeping. This page separates the two, so you can refuse the second group without losing the first.
Last updated: 12 September 2026 · Covers cookies, local storage and pixels
Session and security cookies. Without them there is no login and no way to keep your balance attached to you.
Preferences, analytics and marketing. Decline them and the games still work exactly the same.
Balances, card details and documents live on our servers behind authentication, never in a file on your device.
What a cookie actually is
A cookie is a short text file that a site asks your browser to keep and hand back on the next request. It is how a website recognises that two page loads came from the same person. Alongside cookies we use local storage, which works the same way but stays on your device instead of travelling with every request, and a small number of pixels — one-by-one images whose only job is to report that a page or email was opened.
Everything below applies to all three. We call them cookies because that is the word everyone knows.
The five categories
| Category | What it does | Lifetime | Refusable |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session | Keeps you logged in, holds your game session open, ties a deposit to your account. | Until you close the browser | No |
| Security | Blocks cross-site request forgery, flags logins from a new device, rate-limits password attempts. | Up to 12 months | No |
| Preferences | Remembers your currency, language, and whether you dismissed a banner. | Up to 12 months | Yes |
| Analytics | Counts visits, measures which games get launched, shows where a page fails. | Up to 24 months | Yes |
| Marketing | Records which campaign brought you here so partners are paid correctly, and limits how often you see the same offer. | Up to 12 months | Yes |
Strictly necessary, in plain words
When you sign in, the server issues a session identifier and your browser stores it. Every request after that carries the identifier back, which is how the site knows the person clicking spin is the person who deposited. Kill that cookie mid-session and you are logged out on the spot — not as a punishment, but because there is no longer anything connecting the two.
Security cookies sit in the same bracket. They carry the token that proves a form submission came from our page and not from someone else's, and they help us notice when an account is suddenly being used from an unfamiliar device.
Preferences
These remember the small choices so you do not repeat them. Currency, interface language across English, German and Spanish, a dismissed notice, whether the deposit limit reminder has already been shown today.
Decline them and nothing breaks. The site simply forgets those choices and falls back to defaults each visit.
Analytics
We look at aggregated numbers: how many people opened the cashier, which of the 3,830 titles got launched this week, where a page took too long on mobile. The reports we read are counts, not names — we are not sitting there watching individuals play.
Analytics data is held in identifiable form for no longer than the technical logs described in our Privacy Policy, then it exists only as totals.
Marketing and attribution
If you reached Mickey13 through a partner site, an attribution cookie records that, so the partner is credited for the referral. It carries a campaign reference and a timestamp, not your name or your play history.
The same category limits repetition: seeing the same welcome banner on every single page view helps nobody, so a counter keeps it to a sensible number.
Refuse marketing cookies and you will still see our offers on the site — they simply stop being tailored, and partners stop being tracked.
Cookies we do not set ourselves
- Payment providers. Card processors and e-wallets set their own cookies during a deposit, mostly for fraud scoring. Their rules apply on their pages.
- Live chat. The support widget keeps a conversation identifier so a chat survives a page reload.
- Game studios. Some of our 40 providers store a token to keep an unfinished round recoverable if your connection drops mid-spin.
We choose these suppliers and hold them to contract, but we do not control the contents of their cookies.
Changing your mind
- Open the cookie settings from the banner link at the foot of any page.
- Switch off the categories you do not want. Session and security stay on, because the account cannot run without them.
- Save. The change applies immediately and cookies already dropped in the categories you refused are cleared.
To go further and clear everything, use the browser itself:
| Browser | Where to look |
|---|---|
| Chrome | Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies, and Delete browsing data |
| Safari | Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data |
| Firefox | Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data |
| Edge | Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies |
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of the marketing category. The older Do Not Track header is not consistently defined and we do not rely on it — use the cookie settings or GPC instead, and you will get a predictable result.
Updates and contact
Suppliers change, and so does this page. The date at the top always reflects the latest version, and a material change is announced on the site before it takes effect.
